Marduk the Babylonian God is recreated on real papyrus from Egypt. It is in an 8.5 by 11 frame. Marduk was the head of the Babylonian pantheon like Jupiter for the Romans. By Marduk's side is his servant the dragon Mushussu who he defeated in battle. This recreation is from a 9th century BC statue of Marduk.
