The Moabite Stone (also called the Mesha Stela) celebrates King Mesha's successful revolt against Israel. It mentions Omri of Israel and Ahab. Some think it also mentions the house of David. Very important archaeological discovery in 1868 at Dhiban. Dates to about 840-820 BC.
