Ahmose I Tempest Stela Recreation (resin half cast about 7 by 6 inches). About 1550 BC. The stela describes a great storm striking Egypt destroying tombs, temples and pyramids and the work of restoration ordered by Ahmose I. Some think the storm is the Thera eruption at the time of the Exodus.
